Decent but would Never Buy Again

first of all after a year i still have no idea how to adjust the desired temp of the refrig. the shelves appear to be adjustable, but there is only one configuration they work in, and there is no flexibility which is a very poor design. very hard to arrange the stuff in the fridge. on shelf does not go to the back of fridge(?) so items fall off the back if you try to push them to back of fridge. the second inside freezer drawer is a pita and is constantly getting stuck, no idea how to reset the filter even after putting in the new one, nothing about this fridge is user friendly and i think the designers need to actually study how people use these appliances. would never buy a samsung fridge again. very disappointed.

it was delivered about a month ago and all is working well. Love the color and the flex drawer is really helpful for changing my needs for the moment, especially when you lose the capacity for the counter depth option, but so worth it for the flow it keeps in the kitchen.

We bought this to replace our basic fridge when we moved into our new home. This is our first experience with this size of fridge and we absolutely love it! There is so much space! and the freezer on the bottom is so much better for us. The Flex drawer is my favorite feature- it's a perfect place for drinks and snacks. Being able to control settings via Wifi is great as well as the door reminders (when it's left open) - i was surprised at how much that has already helped up! My son's favorite feature is the ice maker/water. Great product and looks great in my kitchen!

Oh my gosh, my last refrigerator was a Samsung, but it was 10 years old. The improvements for Samsung refrigerators is amazing. It is stylish, functional and huge. My family laughed at me because I made everybody that came into the house come see my new fridge. There is so much room even with the ice/water in the door. If you are hunting a new refrigerator, get this one, you will not be disappointed.

This fridge just transforms my kitchen into a very high end kitchen. I am in love with it's sleek look and fingerless stainless steal. The middle console is wonderful to hold our drinks instead of the main fridge. The space is plenty for our family of 3. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it does leak a bit from the water dispenser.

I am so pleased with our Samsung refrigerator, we have been without an ice maker for so long and the Samsung works wonderful. I agree with my wife that the shelf spacing could be a little better it's hard to put tall pitchers, there is only one place to do that but that's something we can definitely adjust to and live with. We both are a little confused with the flex zone drawer, I have googled and read other people's remarks and from what I read is that the drawer can be used as a freezer and refrigerator, but I don't feel that it gets cold enough to freeze. I have changed the selection from deli to meat and the temperature reads 30 degrees but it isn't freezing, I guess this is something we need to look into a little further. The freezer compartment is actually a good size and holds a good bit of food. On the outside its is a beautiful appliance, no fingerprints to worry about. I am very pleased with our selection. Happy wife, happy life.

My family and I love this fridge for may reasons. My favorite feature is the beverage drawer. My daughters favorite is the crushed ice feature. We love the adjustable shelves so we can fit larger items if needed. The freezer has a descent amount of space to also fit larger items. Within an hour of installing, the fridge was up to temp and ready to go. I installed the water/ice line on my own very easily. I would recommend this to all of my friends and family. Great product, very satisfied.

Loving the Samsung Refrigerator

Received the refrigerator this Monday. Very excited when we saw it we decided on the black stainless steel. It's been fun organizing and figuring out where we want to put stuff inside. Love the fold up shelf and retractable to allow for taller/ wider items to be stored as needed. The flex drawer is also nice, having the ability to change up what the drawer is used for and change the temperature as needed. It would be nice if the drip section were deeper or a tray was available for families with grandkids who inevitably over flow. Also nice if the serial number sticker was easier to take off or was placed somewhere other than the very front side of the refrigerator, unsightly white label on black stainless steel. This is minor, will take time to get the gunk off. So far loving the look and use of it. Tight fit but perfect for us, unfortunately the pics are all too large to upload. . Thanks much!

Great refrigerator. The color is really nice and I like that it does not show fingerprints. I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered I could put my magnetic hooks on the side, as I hang my potholders there. I like that doors are fairly light and do not slam shut. The doors on our old refrigerator were heavy and would slam shut. There is plenty of room in the drawer for things that you use quite often without having to open the main compartment. It has an alarm that lets you know the doors has been left open. I like the size of the ice cubes and it makes plenty of ice for us. My only complaint is it is slow dispensing ice, but other than that I love this refrigerator and it was a great price.

Usually when I look at appliances online I don't buy them because how much better could they possible be? Why spend more on a different fridge? They're all the same... right? Wrong. I'm so happy that I decided to go with Samsung here. While some other options might be cheaper, my new Samsung fridge blows them out of the water. My new fridge is larger, has more features, and best of all, looks better! The black stainless steel is beautiful. The extra drawer is a blessing. You can even set it's temperature separately from the rest of the fridge. The interior space is almost twice that of my old fridge despite them being about the same size! The water dispenser works great as well. Overall I'd recommend this fridge to anyone that can afford it, fantastic price for it's value!

Gorgeous, Quiet and Spacious!

We just installed this 23 cu ft counter depth black stainless model. First impression: Beautiful! 2nd first impression: Quiet. This model replaced a full sized, six year old, 25 cu ft non-Samsung model and even though there is less space this model is much better organized so the same food from the old model fit into the Samsung with room to spare! Another first impression is that the doors to the refrigerator do not slam by themselves. It has a soft-stop built-in to prevent this, which was a huge problem with our previous refrigerator. The downside is that you have to make sure you shut the door, but the good news is the door slamming stops! By day two we were already used to this. I have read that Samsung water dispensers have a habit of dripping and I was very concerned when ours starting dripping straight away. In reading the manual it states that air in the lines can cause this so once the system was fully "burped" the dripping stopped. Note that this "burping" took the better part of a day but the dispenser is now complete dripless. Speaking of the owner's manual, that is Samsung's product weakness. Not the best manuals on Earth but their customer support is very helpful. It took a call to figure out the control panel. Quick and easy. Connecting to the Smart Things app was a challenge, as it was with our newest Samsung TV, but it finally synched up and all is good. Going from a full sized model to this counter-depth model was quite concerning for us. But it fits our kitchen so, so much better and it's amazing how just a few inches makes out kitchen feel so much better. The refrigerator now fits the kitchen instead of the kitchen fitting around a very larger refrigerator. We knew coming in that refrigerator magnets are now a thing of the past with a stainless steel model, since they are not magnetic. But, the sides of the fridge are magnetic! However, we have promised our new, beautiful Samsung that we will not overload its sides with gaudy, old-school magnets. We didn't realize how noisy our old refrigerator was until we got this new Samsung! It is nearly silent. At first I found myself checking and double-checking just to make sure it was still working! So far we are completely pleased and have already ordered a new, black stainless-steel range to match and will complete with a new Microwave and Dishwasher in the near future. The new refrigerator has really refreshed our entire kitchen!

My Dream Fridge

My fridge was on its last leg. I am so happy it is. finally arrived. I patiently waited for this refrigerator and I got it. The day I paid my payment then waited for my baby to arrive. On Saturday my baby was delivered. I love it so much. Everything is so much more organized and very easy to find. We had the second drawer in the center and my husband and I are not sure we want it to be used for freezer of refrigerator so for now we put our homemade Easter eggs in there til we decide. I would like to use it a refrigerator to keep my lunch mats and cheeses easy accessible. Or even use it for cans or bottles of soda or my protein drinks. Anyway we have arranged this fridge several times since getting it. I never had so much room in my freezer before and could open it and just move things around a bit to see what's in there before we had it shoved in there and there were plenty of items we forgot we even had cause of space. I love the drawer at bottom with another on top of that so easy to move around in freezer. My next favorite is the ice maker is so quiet and even when getting crushed ice it is so nice and quiet. I'm not sure if it is just mine or a feature of the refrigerator that my water flows slowly out the front with ice. My model does not have the showcase window and I'm glad because the color and sleek look on this refrigerator is so pretty. And best part is we don't see those terrible finger prints on front anymore. It cleans up so beautifully. I chose the black, stainless steel. It really looks rich in my kitchen. Everyone that has come to visit said it is beautiful. I again must agree. I call it "My Dream Fridge". Because to me it is. I have waited a long time to have a beautiful refrigerator like this one. Everyone that buys this product will not be making any mistakes cause I truly love the quality, the space, the style. and most of all the beautiful features it came with. It is a great refrigerator to buy. I got refrigerator right at the exact time I needed one so bad. Oh and did I start off by saying My Dream Fridge. I'm sure if you get one you will be saying these same words of everything it has to offer down to it's fabulous appearance in my kitchen. I love mine!! I am very happy with my new Samsung Refrigerator. I have the black stainless steel. There is plenty of room for storage, especially with the adjustable shelf in top as well as the flex zone drawer in the bottom. It cools everything evenly, I've had issues with other refrigerators that froze some items close to the vent. You can control the temperature with the push of a button but I find the default setting perfect. It has both an icemaker and water dispenser. An LED light comes on when you push the dispenser button. The filter is located in an easy spot to change, very convenient! The french doors give so much room and the LED lighting inside is wonderful. There are 2 freezer drawers which gives me plenty of storage, I'm so impressed. It is fingerprint resistant for the most part. I have a 4 year old who is always touching it with sticky hands. Sometimes you can see faint marks but they wipe off easily. I would highly recommend.

I have had some time to explore this refrigerator and here are my results, I love it! It took some time to get used to it as I used to have a side by side, one side freezer and one side refrigerator. I love the 2 open doors as I can now store platters, which I use a lot. I also have more options in the freezer section for quick access for more used items. I love that it starts dinging and lights flash if you forget to close it, quite helpful trust me. There is also a pull out drawer with refrigerated items so you don't have to open the doors or to keep things separated, I am still playing with this drawer trying to figure out if I want lunch meats and cheeses or drinks. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this and I am in love. OH WAIT, best part.... the finish on mine is so much easier to keep clean, it doesn't seem to leave as many prints and I just wipe with a damp microfiber cloth and bam.... brand new!

I am so excited about this fridge. It has so much room. Now I can actually really grocery shop. The freezer has ample room. I got it delivered in a Friday and the next day I really stocked it. My family was super excited. My husbands favorite feature is the beverage drawer fir his beer. It is a pretty great feature. My favorite is the crushed ice. Crushed ice works best for mixed drinks. The fridge section also has a ton of room. I always like to have too many groceries than not enough. I couldn't do that until I guy this fridge. It came at the absolute right time with my senior out of high school and my freshmen home from college. I haven't heard one complaint from them about having too much food. The aster line was hooked up incredibly fast by my husband with zero issues. The temperature of the fridge is awesome. Our old fridge wasn't super cold. So nice to get a nice cold drink at all times. This is a great fridge. I've shown my friends and neighbors who have admired it. I will recommend it to all. It's a great appliance.

I have been waiting for a new fridge for some time now since my ice maker has been broken for a few years My new Samsung fridge arrived it is so gorgeous and sleek. So far the only complaint I have is the spacing of the shelves there's no room for tall items, I keep a gallon pitcher of iced tea, unless I just haven't figured it out yet since I am still experimenting and navigating through the manual. I do see how the one shelf slides back and for the time being that is where I keep my gallon if tea. This is the first time for owning a fridge with the freezer on the bottom, I was kind of hesitant because of this reason. I really didn't think there would be a lot of room but to my surprise it is very roomy. I was able to get everything from my side by side into the new one. I find myself just sitting and staring at my beautiful new and elegant refrigerator. I am looking forward to the days ahead and learning new things about my fridge. One thing I really don't know too much about and so far the manual hasn't been helpful is the flex zone drawer, I am looking forward to learning more about it. Did I mention that I absolutely love my new Samsung 4 door flex zone refrigerator. Well I have had my new Samsung refrigerator for a week now and I'm am still trying to figure out the flex zone drawer, I have been researching and googling and from what I am reading the flex zone drawer can be used as a refrigerator or freezer but for the life of me I just can't figure out to use it as a freezer. I still have some research to do, I have read the manual and there isn't a whole lot mentioned in regards to the flex zone , but I'm not giving up yet, so stay tuned.

I love this fridge it looks so nice. Only down side is I got to buy the matching set now since I'm so in love with the color. We ended up going with the counter deep version and wow it looks amazing. It has plenty of storage. I thought we would lose some but everything fits just fine. I love the flex zone drawer it has temps for wine, deli, beverages and meats truly flex. The water dispenser is tall enough for tall water bottles and cups. The fridge it self is really easy to clean. All in all the fridge is really solid and I would recommend to anyone.

This is my third fridge in the past 12 years and, in the past five months since I purchased it, has proven itself very reliable. It maintains a consistent temperature throughout, and the shelf design allows me to store over-sized containers easily. This is also the first fridge that, when dispensing ice cubes, doesn't project them everywhere but in the glass. This replaced a much larger refrigerator, so it's taking some time to adjust to the smaller space and smaller ice bin. It makes it a little more difficult when entertaining, but we have been managing quite well, and do not regret going with the smaller size at all. The freezer is very roomy and actually keeps food frozen solid. The black stainless steel finish is beautiful and classy. I'm just hoping that it lasts longer than the other refrigerators I've had.
