Good size and layout. Like that it has dual ice makers, but the fan for the ice maker in the fridge makes a loud buzzing or humming sound and runs constantly except when the doors are opened. A repair tech told us that this is typical. I would not purchase again as a result.

I really am enjoying this new refrigerator. What eventually sold us on it was the two slide-out shelves in the refrigerator area. We liked this one immediately, but shopped daily for over a week before making our final decision. The freezer compartment is great, and having the extra ice maker is nice, although I like the idea that I can turn the bottom ice maker off if I need more freezer space. My only complaint is having to open both refrigerator doors to access the meat/dairy drawer. Other than that I am extremely happy with my first Frigidaire purchase!

This refrigerator keeps your food cold. Period!!!! I had a previous GE refrigerator 21.5 cubic ft. and I have noticed the frigidaire gallery 27.5 cubic ft. keeps food colder than the GE. The GE is only 3.5 years old. We made a fantastic decision to upgrade. Thank you Frigidaire for making an awesome product. Also, because it has two icemakers you can turn off the ice maker on the bottom and use that self for more storage in your freezer.

I can™€™t believe that my new fridge didn™€™t come with an owners manual. I went on line and entered my model number and Frigidaire said my model number didn™€™t exist. I doubled checked and I entered the correct number. I looked for on online manual and the manual doesn™€™t seem to exist. There were a few videos but no manual. I was looking for a way to turn off the icemaker that went into the freezer and there wasn™€™t any info in my paperwork or online. I got down on the floor and found an on off switch. Wasn™€™t sure if this turned all of the icemaker off or just the bottom one. I™€™m an old guy getting down to find this switch was doable but not easy. If I had a simple manual this would have been a lot easier. I just find it hard to believe that that any kind of manual is not available. I wonder what else might be in the manual ohh but I don™€™t have one.

Without being negative about the refrigerator (non-Frigidaire) that was replaced, this Frigidaire is so much better built. Yes, it's 13 years newer than the previous, so there are advancements. The gallery line looks good, it's really quiet (in comparison) and the doors open and close so much better. This is also my second gallery, there is another smaller model in the garage.The layout of the shelves around the icemaker makes good use of space. The door shelves use every available space, almost too much with a few small corners, but guess what, something fits in those little corners.The second ice maker is a plus and the ease of changing the water filter is plus.Leveling, rolling, and locking feet all work easily.There is a minor issue with a water drip from the water dispenser. Service is on the way and scheduling from support was very fast. However, I am not a fan of outsourced phone support and Pixie, please, really. I want to talk to US based support.4 Star because of the water leak. It would be less if I were rating the outsourced phone support.
