It broke in the first 5 months. I tried to get a service agent out to fix it or give me a RA number, the declined to come because it was too far of a drive for them. I was treated like garbage on the phone with no solutions. Worst experience I have ever had with a company and trying to get my refrigerator fixed or my money back. I had to throw the fridge away.

Very happy with the refrigerator. Less happy with the ice maker which is much slower to make ice than our previous one. Owners manual directions indicated that moving the temperature control to a colder setting would increase the volume of ice being produced. We have done this but not sure if this is working. Not heavy use currently so jury still out.

Bought this refrigerator for our basement. It™€™s been great so far. It has tons of space for all the drinks and leftovers we store in it. It™€™s been especially helpful during holidays when we have guests and lots of extra food. My only (very minor) complaint is the door swings open quickly and goes very wide so I usually grab it quickly to keep it from slamming against the hinges.
