Freezer is a little small but we have a chest freezer so it's not big problem for us.Fridge has enough space and easy to change water filter.

Its a little smaller inside than I am used to but it works for me. I have the glossy black which are hard to find under $5000 so this one was the best option. Beautiful!

Just replaced a smaller Frigidaire side by side that died less than two years of use.Am pleased with the larger capacity. Bought another Frigidaire based on appliance sales persons comments that these units are their most popular sales and limited need for service.Time will tell.

I bought this model on a whim when it was on sale. My old refrigerator was pushing the end of its lifetime and was only a matter of time before it failed. This refrigerator is perfect for what I need and has plenty of room in both the fridge and freezer. The ice maker and cold water are great. Rearranging the shelves was easy, but definitely read the instruction manual before trying to move them, as there is some angling to get them to move properly. Solid model and a good experience so far.

Frigidaire refrigerator had a major malfunction in freezer section in 1 year and 5 days after purchase. Even though we PURCHASED an extended warranty, the Frigidaire warranty representative refused to honor the warranty. She also refused to transfer me to a representative in the United States. After an extensive discussion she conceded to arrange for a technician but it would take a week and I would have to take off work. There was no help or sympathy that our refrigerator sounded like it was going to explode, showing dangerous heat warnings and not cooling. That™™s in addition to us having to put our food into coolers. I have never in my life received such bad customer service with absolutely no care or consideration for our plight. I would not have bought an extended warranty if I knew Frigidaire would not honor it. Plus, there was no regard that their product had such a serious malfunction in just a year! Astounding! Also, the representative would not transfer me to anyone else and said we could not talk to a supervisor unless we wanted to wait for hours.

This refrigerator was purchased to replace another Frigidaire refrigerator that we purchased in 2014. We noticed some differences in the 2 models. The 2014 model had textured doors,the new model has a smooth front finish and the sides are textured.The 2024 model seems to run quite a bit. It shuts off when you open the door. The 2024 model has much brighter lighting.

When you decide to buy a nice, but less expensive appliance, you have to be reasonable with the features and functions™¦ A simple feature that I missed from my last Appliance is that the light does not turn on when you press the lever to fill your cup of water or ice™¦ You can turn the light on before you request your cup to be filled with water or ice, but most appliances that I™™ve had in the past turn the light on automatically with the request. It is not a big deal, and I paid less for this Appliance than typical for my history so I can™™t fault the lack of features™¦ It is a nice clean appliance With plenty of organizational design that I appreciate.

I've always had a black refrigerator as it goes with my home decor and the other appliances. This unit is about the only frig that comes in black on the market...it is painted metal, like a car, but the sides are textured, NO fingerprints, so it DOES show finger prints etc.just like a car does. DO NOT USE PAPER TOWEL to wipe it down...it scratches, but it's just a little maintenance for "fingerprints"...grrrrr.!
