The Gallery Series Delivers

We have been using this Dishwasher for two weeks. The installation went well and all the connections were up front and accessible. The three basket set up gives extra space to place other silver ware. The bottom basket has a convenient handle to pull it out. It has a power wash feature that seems to clean very well. The control buttons have a nice solid feel unlike the Maytag that this machine replaced. Machine is quiet. There is a floor light that is blue while the machine is in wash mode then turns green when the machine is finished. Very Cool. Overall very pleased with this machine.

I have used my new dishwasher for about 6 months. It cleans really well. Unfortunately the lower rack doesn't slide in and out easily. Very often the rollers do not stay in place. This is particularly awkward when the rack is full. The silverware holder is also not too practical.You need to be very careful when loading silverware because it falls through the large openings in the rack. We are very pleased with the fact that it is very quiet and really cleans well.

Frigidaire delivers faulty products and has inexperienced workers installing leading to even more problems.If you don't spend a fortune on buying their warranty they could care less that you spent $700. on a faulty unit. Mine had to be delivered 3x's due to damage in delivery. then it was forcibly installed with bent legs.Frigidaire refuses to help or even look at it. This wad after the final product too 16 weeks to final be delivered.DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE!

Disapointed

My husband and I built our house a year and a half ago and bought the complete Frigidaire Gallery. It is just the 2 of us that live in the house. We are not hard on appliances by any means. We have had something break on every appliance. The dishwasher stops at 20 minutes almost every time we use it. Since it is over a year, it will cost over $300 just to get someone to come look at it. We also have a bracket on the bottom the just randomly broke off. The stove we bought, the leg was stripped when we got it so it has never been straight and now the drawer is scratched up from behind off. The Microwave, a random piece just broke off one day when we opened the door. The refrigerator, one of the glider wheels for the crisper drawer fell off. Not to mention the front panel of the door was dented when we moved in and we asked for a replacement and never received it. For what we paid for these appliances, they should last years without any issues. The fact that things just break off is not acceptable at all. This "collection" was recommended as some of the top of the line appliances. Not very well put together for "Top of the Line"

Our major kitchen renovation project just wrapped up less than a week ago, so we've only used it once so far, but it looks great and runs super quiet and did a great job during first use. Looking forward to many more years of use from it.

Dishwasher worked great for 2 months. Then we got i10 error message, have been waiting another 2 months for Frigidaire to ship replacement warranty part and send technician to fix.

Pleased with this dishwasher. Wish the middle rack felt more sturdy when slid out. The utensil basket is roomy but I have had several slide through the sides since I do not use the top piece that separates individual utensils. I am very glad to have an American made product.

I love this new dishwasher. It was everything that was advertised. I love the addition to the utensil rack at the top. It keeps my large utensils in place and not getting caught on everything. The cleaning options are numerous so you can wash any type of load you need.

Just completed construction of our new house and this dishwasher is gorgeous. Black Stainless is perfect for our kitchen. The unit itself isn't as large inside as I had hoped but the features are great. The utensil drawer in the top is brilliant and I love the stainless inside the unit. Highly recommend

This is phone of the best dishwashers I've had. It runs quietly and has so many features that it's easy to run a short cycle or a heavy duty cycle. I like that I can also do a rinse only. The appearance of the machine is beautiful and easy to maintain

I love my new Frigidaire dishwasher. I was hesitant to replace my old dishwasher because I have heard so many bad things about the new ones. The racks roll out nicely, no banging of the dishes. The bottom rack will not pull out too far and get off track like some models. It is so incredibly quiet! The air dry works well and the glasses come out spotless. The black stainless steel is beautiful. I highly recommend this model.

Purchased this when our previous DW could not be repaired anymore. We had recently purchased a Frigidaire stove as well so we were looking to match that as well. We were very pleased! Great value for the money - cleans well and is very quiet. Easy to use. The Gallery line is wonderful. We installed the DW ourselves and it is very easy to level.

Dishwasher looks great, seems to work well. Have noticed some water in dishes when emptying after the wash cycle. Dishwasher was install on April 20, 2023. After several days and wash cycles - there is a very loud clunk on the right side when closing the door. :-(( Have a repair man coming the end of next week. Bummer

Love our New Frigidaire dishwasher. The dark stainless finish is very rich looking and finally all our appliances match! The engineering that went into the layout inside is much appreciated as all 3 layers of dishes are held in place for security against breakage and positioning for maximum cleaning. I love my new dishwasher. Last fall we redid our kitchen and filled it with Frigidaire appliances. In December we ended up moving to a new home. (I love my new home, but was so sad to leave my new appliances.) So... when our dishwasher was found to not work, there was no question of what to get when replacing it. My new dishwasher does such a great job cleaning. I love the 3rd rack. The stainless steel inside has no issue with our hard water and doesn't leave any weird stains or water marks. And the green light to signify the end of the cycle is awesome. Simple to use, easy to read function buttons. I will recommend this dishwasher to anyone.
