I love my new refrig. but have one thing that I do not like and that is the shelves in my freezer keep falling and the food on that shelf drops. I have requested replacements and they are sending new ones.

Bought my refrigerator a little over a month ago. This refrigerator works wonderfully!!! Keeps all my foods very cold and there is so much storage room. The light is also wonderful for any late night snacking or just for a cold drink. Definitely would recommend this refrigerator if looking for a good, and reliable frig.

I bought this refrigerator a month ago and within 30 minutes of having it in the house the shelf on the door cracked and fell off. After removing it from the dolly, the strap left a dent across the entire front and one side. It definitely was not made to withstand much. It is also hard to keep clean. The black finish streaks and I can™Â€™t ever seem to get it clean. Also seems to make a ton of noise compared to our old one. After 30 years to improve I sure would of thought this one would of been much better!

We have had this for about 3 weeks now and it is running great. I don't think it's as loud as some of the other reviews have said. But my previous fridge was more than 20 years old. Roomy and spacious and looks nice. My only critique would be that the drawers are not super hardy and it would be nice if the racks or drawers slid out in the freezer part. But overall they are fine. I would get it again

I love how both doors open to reveal all the food stored: freezer on the left and fridge on the right. This teacher loves to have everything organized and everything in its place. I bought this refrigerator 3 weeks ago. It came with a damaged handle, but a new handle was overnighted and able to be installed with the new water line. I really like the fridge. My only complaint is that the light for the water and ice has to be turned on each time you want to use either water or ice. It doesn™Â€™t come on automatically like my other fridge did.

I've only had this frig for a few months but love it thus far. My last kenmore frig freezer quit after a year, so I'm waiting to see how this one goes. I'd love to give it a review in a few years to see if everything holds up...like our old ones that lived for 20 yrs +; hard to find that anymore but can only hope! So far though, this one is great! We bought this a month ago and it works great! It was easy to order and have delivered. No surprises. The fridge, itself, is big and runs well. I gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 because our doos were uneven and the butter cover was really sharp. We had to sand the butter cover, so our kids didn™Â€™t cut their fingers, and my husband leveled the doors. No Biggs. I really love our new fridge!!:)

My husband and I debated on side-by-side or the kind with the freezer on the bottom. We finally decided on the side-by-side. We love this product! It's nice looking and well designed. Also, we have a kitchen/living room that is one open room and I had some concern about the frig being too loud, but it's very quiet. We couldn't be happier!

Recently purchased and have been pleased so far. Just a couple notes: 1) this refrigerator is a little louder than the previous one we had. 2) the freezer wire shelfs do have a tendency to slip out of holes that hold them, like the shelves are just a little bit to narrow.
