We had to replace our 30" GE microwave oven combination. We looked at GE, Samsung, Hotpoint, and LG 30" models. All of them had the microwave door open by pulling down from the top - we could not imagine having to reach over another 12" to put and take out heated food. Then we discovered the Frigidaire door swung open just like we have been used to and that made the sale, PLUS the Frigidaire WAS NOT MADE IN CHINA!!!

We needed a new combo unit, but everything at the store had no express cook for the microwave and some you had to press and turn several times to get them going. Also, the doors would flip down and be in the way of loading it. I had to search the internet, and this was the only one I could find with a normal microwave. It is also real quiet and gets the food hot fast. We are happy with it, our old combo unit also had a normal microwave, so we couldn't find anything at the store to match it for quite a while.

Everything is terrific. Oven setting process is really good and the microwave does the best job on my popcorn ever. Only change is I would like to see pull open handle on microwave door rather than mechanical pushbutton. On our previous microwave the pushbutton failed after 20 years.

The microwave oven is very powerful and the convection oven is quiet. We like the separate control panels for each oven. The microwave oven door swings to the side rather than down which provides easier access.

We really like this oven microwave combo. Unit installed perfectly and powered up just fine. We love the microwave, it™™s more powerful than our old microwave oven (1100 watts versus 900 watts). The microwave volume looks small but it™™s deep so can fit pretty big items in there. The oven works great, love the display panel and the ability to customize the cook. I wish it had a built-in temperature probe though. Really happy that everything worked perfect for our Thanksgiving Turkey and all the fixings

The install of the product went well. It looks good in my kitchen. The Microwave door seems flimsy to me and overall the microwave is much smaller than I thought, but it works. The oven works fine EXCEPT the oven door makes a grinding sound when it is opened and closed. After having the installer come back to our house he evaluated that on my particular Frigidaire wall over the door has a design flaw in the manufacturing so that when the oven door is opened it grinds metal against metal which will eventually result in the enameled finish coming off as it is already happening after a few uses, so we are in the process of ordering a new unit to see if this same model has that same design flaw.

I have been very pleased with this purchase. Dimensions as listed and fit to a T in our space. Oven cooks evenly on all settings and so does the microwave. My first convection oven experience and I am thoroughly enjoying it. I cook a variety of things and everything from cakes and quiche to vegetables and casseroles have come out evenly baked, crisped or browned depending on what is expected of the dish. Both cakes cooked at the same time. Smaller pan pulled out before larger capacity pan with equally satisfying results.

I have had numerous double ovens over the last 30 years in including two KitchenAid double microwave convection ovens in the last twenty years. I decided to change it up this time and selected the Frigidaire this time. It looks beautiful and will allow me to change out just the microwave portion only if it happens to go out sooner than the oven (that happened twice on my KitchenAids). That was not an option on the last ovens. Also, the microwave is more powerful at 1,110 watt™™s compared to the prior 900 watts. Efficient, beautiful, bells and whistles. So many upgrades and the cost was half. If you are on the fence, do it. I was not disappointed.

This Frigidaire combo replaced a very noisy, cracked bottom, 11 yr old Whirlpool. Amazing upgrade! Quiet and does not pour excessive heat into the kitchen. The electronic touch controls are well engineered and easy to use. The microwave has good even power. And the convection oven is a real bonus to speed baking.

This oven replaces a 20+ year old GE. It was the only combo that has a microwave door that swings to the side instead of drops straight down. The microwave is very easy to use, and the touchscreen on the oven is much easier to use than I expected. It's very quiet, and we're happy with our purchase.

My brand new oven looks great but works poorly. I followed the instructions provided and still the oven is not performing as it should and does not heat up to the desired temperature. I contacted the customer care rep and was instructed to reread the instructions and if it is still not working shut the power off at the breaker box to reset the unit. I was also informed that the oven can take about 15 mins to warm up, which I think is a little long but so be it. I followed the instructions again and still it took oven an hour before it came almost close to the desired cooking temp. I will be calling again to see if there is anything else they can do. It™™s unfortunate that I have a new unit that I can™™t even use.
