It's my fourth week on the job as Marketing Coordinator at The Frog Pad, and I thought no better way to introduce myself to the community than to write the very first blog post for the locally-owned company I so strongly believe in. My name is Michelle Seaman, I have a background in high tech product marketing, and I could not be more excited to take the home products industry by storm by helping The Frog Pad gain the attention it deserves!
In the last few weeks, I've shadowed owners Steve & Anne Marie Pyle as they interact with customers, suppliers, and partners. I have seen both great conversations and challenging ones as well. The following are my take-away's from these conversations. Will you be convinced to become a customer at The Frog Pad? Let me know in the comments section below, after reading!
- Product Knowledge: Steve & Anne Marie Pyle have been in the home appliance industry for more than 30 years. Steve knows every company out there, how their products work, and who is the most reliable. Although Steve & Anne Marie display what they believe to be the best products on the market, The Frog Pad has access to every kitchen appliance brand to fit any customers needs, which naturally classify as high-end, luxury equipment.
- Customer Experience: Steve & Anne Marie know you come in with a lot of questions and anxiety about your home improvement project. I've seen people come in with highly detailed plans and information, and I've also seen people walk in with photos and ideas of what they'd like in their home. Usually, both people have no clue how to start the project. When you come into The Frog Pad, you're not just walking into a cold retail store; it's a showroom with a live kitchen. Steve & Anne Marie know how you feel, what you're looking for, and want to take the stress off of you to figure everything out. You will find solutions to your project needs, no matter if you're replacing a dishwasher, or redoing your entire kitchen.
- Reliable Service: There is nothing more frustrating than getting a brand new toy, coming home to play with it, and it doesn't work. The Frog Pad doesn't stop service at installation; Steve & Anne Marie expect their customers to contact them first when it comes to technical and product issues, instructions on how to use equipment, and even questions about how things work. You're not just a sale; you're a relationship, and The Frog Pad will back that up with post-installation follow ups to make sure you're taken care of.
What other kinds of things do you look for when you're building a home or remodeling? We would love to hear from you, whether you're an existing customer, or just shopping around!
